The protection plan is a joke
The desk top broke coming out of the box, then came completely off when we tried to move it he desk into place. After four rounds of photos they said it isn’t covered?

Good Value to be Secure!
Good Value for an item that gets lots of use, however, Lazy Boy is known for quality, so hope it is never needed! Great to feel secure in case I do need it!

Leather executive chair
This chair is much better than my old one. The leather is soft and comfortable. The chair is well made, solid and cushioned with amazing back support. I would buy this chair again in a heartbeat. It looks great too!

Problem when ordering ship to store
The desk that I ordered physically in store, was actually online and product was not visible in store. It was not made clear that desk would be delivered to store unassembled and needed to be assembled. The extra time and cost to have the desk assembled made it not worth buying. It is a must buy - these chair the leather cracks over time - we figure if it does not crack by 36 months it good - otherwise we could get a brand new chair.

A quality office chair

Usually don't buy protection plans for furniture
I normally don't buy protection plans for furniture, but with the price match the chair + protection plan was cheaper than full price. I thought it would be a favor to get the plan so I did.
