I'm sorry I got it
I regret getting the protection plan, because I am not happy with the phone. It does not actually work the way it says it will in the instructions, and when it breaks I will probably just replace it with a different model. To be really useful, buying the protection plan should be allowed up to 10 days so you can see if you like the product before you purchase the plan!

Great product, well worth the money
I've been very pleased with the Staples protection plans I've purchased. Not only have they come in handy on more than one occasion, the company that services the plans, Asurion, has been very easy to work with and very quick to respond to my claims and questions.

3 yr warranty
Registered the 3 year warranty relatively easy. However, to confirm the registration I had to put in a 67 letter/number confirmation. Tried 3 times and did not get it right. Try again when I stop being frustrated.

3-Year Protection Plan
The clincher for me was the promise to replace the keyboard if the lettering on the keys wore off in the first three years of use. I rate this 4 stars.
