Easy to find and good price (sale).
The prices are competitive. I would have liked to get the 22 lb. weight of paper but the 20 lb is o.k.

No protection plan
Forget it if you try to file a claim the web site needs your e mail to send you a code and then it never comes. Then you call and talk to people that give you the old run around and you get nothing. Waste of money I went back to store and cancelled.

Warranty
Customer service at Asurion is worthless. Get passed around from person to person when trying to file a claim and all they offer is a refund on the cost of the warranty and nothing for the product. Miserable dealings with these people. Got much greater satisfaction from going back to Staples and MUCH FASTER service.
