No protection plan
Forget it if you try to file a claim, the web site needs your e mail to send you a code and then it never comes. Then you call and talk to people that give you the old run around and you get nothing. Waste of money, I went back to store and cancelled.

Easy to find and good price (sale).
The prices are competitive. I would have liked to get the 22 lb. weight of paper but the 20 lb is o.k.

Warranty
Customer service at Asurion is worthless. Get passed around from person to person when trying to file a claim and all they offer is a refund on the cost of the warranty and nothing for the product. Miserable dealings with these people. Got much greater satisfaction from going back to Staples and MUCH FASTER service.
