New purchase
The Pleasant Hill Staples is a favorite. The work area is beautifully set up if one needs to work. The staff especially NEAL deserves Kudos. Neal ALWAYS Hgoes out of his way to help me with any problems I have. I do not shop at any other office supply store ( unless I happen to be in San Ramon. THANK YOU STAPLES.

Bought this time
Glenn seemed worthwhile even know I don’t usually buy plans. I purchased a shredder and I burned out to previous shredders so I thought it might be a good idea to be covered for three years. Just starting using the shredder and starting to plan.

You receive refunds in Staples gift cards
I got an insurance plan for my office chair. I am happy that it worked although it took a while for the system to accept my pictures and information but the money is refunded in a Staples card. What am I going to do with that? The only purchase i have done there in the past 10 yrs was this chair this is not a store i need to shop in.

Not as heavy as the previous model that I had but I was able to catch up with shredding old tax forms that had piled up and this shredder is perfectly sufficient for my every day needs.

While you NEVER hope to utilize insurance/extended warranties sometimes you have to especially for home offices and then it REALLY pays off!

Protection plan did not resolve issue
I had problems installing the Linksys router so I contacted the protection plan for guidance. They could not help me and suggested I call Linksys directly! Eventually I figured out what to do by myself
