how can I rate it until I use it
with other protection plans I have often found they are great until you try to use them.

I'm sure the protection plan will be very good! but, i will say, i had to have one of the employees help me register, because it was too hard to navigate the application! They even had some trouble! the site needs to be made much easier! So, i give no star for getting into the system!

Staples 2 year protection plan
I really have no revue @ this time as I have never had to use the plans. It makes me feel good to know I have them. The folks @ the Staples I use are very good @ explaining how these things work & they take great care of my computers. Thank you.

It just seems to me I buy a plan from Staples as it's good to have just in case------but I hardly ever use them as the Staples products if you've bought a good product seems to last for a long time----that Staples makes good products.

Plan saves the day
