The protection for the electric pencil sharpener was great. It was easy to file a claim when the pencil sharpener quit. Received the e-gift card the next day, so could take it in to the store to get a replacement.

Since it was offered for this mouse that I purchase I also took out this protection plan as well so if it quetes working atAPLES WILL STAND BY IT AND GIVE ME A NEW ONE.

worth the purchase

Good product, gives a good consistent sharp point.
I purchased an Xacto electric pencil sharpener a couple of months ago at Staples and was completely dissatisfied with the product….it want worth the box it was packaged in. Not worth a rating… zero stars.
