One of the pieces is damaged so I can’t seven build the shelf.

Poor customer support and QC
Unit is missing the back plate. Called company waited 15 min. on a 8 minute wait declared. Pressed 2 for call back. Never got a call back.

Good buy
Very easy to assemble. Construction is sturdy and attractive. The only (slight) disappointment is that the back cover is a little bit bowed in spots even though I tried to stretch it as far as I could across the shelf.

Poor Quality, Did Not Match Desk Style
The overall structure is bad as not all panels fit tightly. The style was supposed to match my desk as they have the same style name on the Bush website but they do not match in color or style at all. I am disappointed with the bookcase.

Bookcase
We had one bookcase that we purchased a few years ago and needed a second one and Staples had it. We are thrilled with it. I had it delivered and it was easy to put together. It looks great in our home office and now I have room to add more books.

Maple Cross Bookcase
Easy to put together with clear and simply instructions. Sturdy and comes with wall anchors if needed. Looks great! My only issue is that there are not continuous peg holes for shelves the entire length of the bookcase. I have several oversized photo albums scrapbooks that will only fit on a single shelf if I want to keep all four shelves.

Somerset shelves
The shelves look great and match the desk I previously owned ....the only thing I was unhappy with is when they where delivered I wasn't home and who delivered them left them standing up leaning against a small wood column at my house.... Lucky they didn't fall over Otherwise the shelves are great
