Professor teaches office 2019 & windows 10
Program excellent but I will never buy software from Staples again as out of the 2 I bought 1 box was empty and I guess I will not be refunded for it. It looks like it was pryed open keeping the seals in place without breaking them. They should have been checked properly at the register for that. I lost money on the second one (empty box).

good idea but wasn't successful
Was sold on the product because it seemed to fill vacancy in technical support. Have been frustrated by the lack of guidance in products purchased without any accompanying notes or instructions for the user.
