Toner cartridge
The toner cartridge was not in stock so they had to order it. They did a great job ordering it and it came in a couple days after expected but thankfully I did not absolutely need the cartridge the same day I went to purchase it. Customer service was good, and I know you can’t have everything on the counter this day and age

Wrong toner
The easiness of ordering online and having it shipped to a local Staples was easy enough. However, the description of the product said it works for the printer I was looking forward but it did not actually fit when I tried to install it. It would have been better if the detail description was updated and if the correct cartridge was not so expensive or other compatible ...

Runs out Frequently
We bought the printer which uses this toner few months ago. Supposedly, a large printer over 50 pages per minute but the toner doesn’t last. Since we started using this printer, our toner expense skyrocketed to three fold. Avoid printers with this toner!
