The team member found me wandering the isle trying to find a cartridge for our Laser Printer. She also looked and could not find one but immediately started an order and said it would be at my office the next day and took me to the cash register and checked me out. Thankful for her willingness to be responsive without a request. So gad we have a Staples in our town.

so far so good
our office received a new computer and this is the ink that goes with it. The copies are very crisp shows every detail when graphics are printed. so far so good.

Toner cartridge
The toner cartridge was not in stock so they had to order it. They did a great job ordering it and it came in a couple days after expected but thankfully I did not absolutely need the cartridge the same day I went to purchase it. Customer service was good and I know you can’t have everything on the counter this day and age

NOT for LaserJet Enterprise M506
Staples.com states that 89X was compatible with my LaserJet Enterprise M506. So I purchased it but when it arrived it did not fit. I wish I would have known how to search for the correct toner. But I searched using the name of my printer and that is apparently the wrong way to do it.
