This toner is leaking and is all over the edges of our printed sheets.

Great product, por service
Going to staples for this product was an exercise in patience. At least ten customers in the store and two employees on the floor. No one was at the checkout, but a sign did say to go to the printing depth.

Easy to change
we were hesitant because we had never replaced the colors. The process was so easy, even an 84 yr old could do it. It was a little pricy, though.
