This is from a return; I bought this ink packet but the ink cartridge would not work; they sent me a new packet and I returned the non -working packet. Yet despite multiple calls to sort out, I continue to get billed for the replacement ink

Ink yield was less than 200 pages.
This HPXL ink failed to print even half of the pages it has printed in the past. This year it took 2 and and another third cyan (and magenta and yellow) ink cartridges to print 416 pages whereas in past years it took only a little more than one of each color.
