HP Instant Ink Subscription is a great way to save
I received all the cartridges I need to print and signed up for the smart subscription. I can print all I need to for 3 months then select a low monthly plan and never run out or buy ink again! Love it!

Scarce supply of HP 910 multi Color Ink
Cannot print color copies. Color inks (HP910 color) not available at any store.

Expensive
Proprietary ink works but is too expensive. Don’t even accept refills. When unit quits working I’ll probably go with a tank system or just go B&W

Leaking cartridge
When I opened the box and removed the wrapping from the cyan cartridge, the cartridge was covered in ink from a leak. I attempted to contact HP, but ran into a paywall and gave up.

Priced right, delivered promptly
Ink is ink, but what I appreciated was the way Staples provided extra cushioning for this and the black ink I ordered so that they arrived unmangled. Their price is comparable to you-know-who, but the order process and delivery was much better. Thanks Staples for kicking it up a notch!!

The yellow in the pack registers as not genuine.
I purchased product twice and it registers as not genuine HP product. I own a HP printer and computer. These are ink cartridges.

Ink runs out too fast!
I love HP products, but the ink is terribly expensive. I print very little in color and yet I run out of ink quickly.......seems to run out faster than when I used it often.
