Given wrong Box beware!
Showed sales person model needed and was given box with four bottles. Needed copies pressed cartridges to refilled units for needed job! Didn’t think much until after opening 2nd color having the same issue trying to fit the bottle into position I then looked at the box and realized the sales person gave me the wrong box.

Ink is ink.
Nothing wrong with the product but you guys need to do something about the checkout process. I was in a long line way too long and only 1 checkout open. I guess I wasn’t paying attention when another checkout opened and at least 4 customers behind me checked out ahead of me. Also the checkout person had to walk to exit to get printed documents for customers…wasting mo...

Eco Tank ink refill
I love this ink refill idea of Epson's. One thing could someone let me know how to get the ink that is left in the cartridge out of it. It seems a waste of ink and money.

Lasts
The Epson 522 cartridges last quite a while longer than traditional cartridges. I bought my printer in 2023 and with moderate use the color cartridges are nearly still full and the black cartridge is only half used.

Perfect single bottle
