I placed an order for extra ink for printer. Order was due in on Tuesday. Went to pick up but order was not there. Went back next day and was told order was lost. I like my recent service and yes I would recommend Staples
My Items were not available in store I rec'd them the next day by delivery and also a discount. Perfect previously returned used ink cartridge but have not rec'd reimbursement
