able to use right out of the box, minimal adjustment to increase the height. love that it tilts back and forth so that my feet don't have to be in the same fixed position.

It’s not doing what I expected
I wanted it as a way to stretch or keep my calf elongated when sitting at my desk for a long time. Instead it raises my knees above my hips and slows circulation to my lower legs and feet. I’m tall, so I would need to raise my desk and chair for this to be beneficial . I’ll need to return it.

Just received
I just received this product with no instructions. Photos made it appear as though I could use it as a flat footrest and it would stay in place. It doesn't hold that position. I may send it back. It appears you only have two weeks to decide, from another response. I should have read the reviews FIRST.

Slides around
I like that it has multiple height settings and the massaging area, but it slides around on my office floor. It could stand to have some rubber feet or something to keep it from moving around.

Could use improvements
It wobbles around instead of being still. I wasn't looking for something that rocks. I thought there was a way to lock it in place, but there's not. Seems flimsy.

Poor Quality
It does not stay still. It broke within a month. Tried to return it but the policy states I only had two weeks. Too Expense for the poor quality.

Very Flimsy
The foot rest will not stay in a set position. Both the hight setting and when you put your foot on it, it wiggles from to back. The center rollers are problematic as my foot slides off because it is not stable.

Awesome foot rest
I had a worn-out footrest, and I purchased this one, and I love it. It is nice to massage, and I can work on my calves. You can not go wrong with this footrest.
