Poor Quality
It does not stay still. It broke within a month. Tried to return it but the policy states I only had two weeks. Too Expense for the poor quality.

Perfect!
able to use right out of the box minimal adjustment to increase the height. love that it tilts back and forth so that my feet don't have to be in the same fixed position.

Just received
I just received this product with no instructions. Photos made it appear as though I could use it as a flat footrest and it would stay in place. It doesn't hold that position. I may send it back. It appears you only have two weeks to decide from another response. I should have read the reviews FIRST.

Raise your feet!
So far so good. The Mind Reader Tilt Adjustable Footrest has been a great addition to my efforts to sit more ergonomically correct.

Slides around
I like that it has multiple height settings and the massaging area but it slides around on my office floor. It could stand to have some rubber feet or something to keep it from moving around.

Could use improvements
It wobbles around instead of being still. I wasn't looking for something that rocks. I thought there was a way to lock it in place but there's not. Seems flimsy.

Very Flimsy
The foot rest will not stay in a set position. Both the hight setting and when you put your foot on it it wiggles from to back. The center rollers are problematic as my foot slides off because it is not stable.

Broke 3 months after purchase
It's not a mind reader really. Takes a good amount of adjusting to get the right height and is flimsy. A poor quality looking plastic thing broke 3 months after buying so cant adjust height now.

Awesome foot rest
I had a worn-out footrest and I purchased this one and I love it. It is nice to massage and I can work on my calves. You can not go wrong with this footrest.
