Great office chair for the price with one flaw
I replaced my old cushioned office chair with this one for the breathability of the fabric. Ergonomics are great and I just figured out the recline feature by pulling out on the height adjust handle. Best office chairs
I only have one thing to complain about. This chair is the reclining. It doesn't recline all the way and it only has like three settings. Other than that that chair looks good and it was easy to build.

Seat is too stretchy
For a 165lb 5’10 guy the seat is still uncomfortable it is way stretchier than an HM aeron and the front of your legs hit the stiff pad underneath, it’s not a good mesh material because it isn’t sturdy enough to provide support long hours. The neck rest is useless because it hits weird and only tilts I removed it.

Very comfortable, easy to assemble.
Bought two... very comfortable and easy to assemble, although the headrest was a challenge. eem sturdy, and love the lumbar support adjustment. Would definitely buy again.

Don't purchase if you want a good head rest
The chair overall is comfortable and supports my lower back with adjustable lumbar support. The Tilt-lock feature does not work. The chair tilts back, only after applying a lot of force but the lever to lock it does not work. The head rest is awful. If you're looking for good head support do not buy this chair. OK chair, bad headrest
The chair is well build. Stays cool in summer.
The only downside is the headrest. It cannot adjust the headrest height. For a 5'11" guy, the headrest is at my shoulder blade area. And, it protrude forward, which makes me uncomfortable. I had to remove the headrest.
