Comfortable, supportive, and well worth it
The chair offers excellent comfort with strong lumbar support and breathable mesh that stays cool during long hours. Adjustments are simple to dial in, making it easy to find a good ergonomic position. Overall quality feels solid, and it has noticeably improved my daily work comfort.

Tilt lock doesn’t work like it should
When you recline you can’t lock the chair in either of the three supposed positions. Otherwise not a bad chair, prob would not recommend unless the company can tell me why this is happening and what they intend to do to fix the problem.

Chair great, not base
I loved this chair, however after 9 months the bottom of the base crashed into the floor and it stopped rolling. Had to throw out a perfect chair because of the base

Best chair for its price point but there are cons
I spoent a lot of time considering chairs on youtube. I am struggling through employment at the moment but was in need of a chair. Almost as good as my old Herman Miller
What the title says. Its very comfortable if you like the mesh type chairs. I had a Herman Miller Mirra 2 until the mesh seat broke. was 200$ to get a new one so I figured id see what was available. Love it
As someone who is 5'8" and often wears heels, I struggle with chairs being too low. This chair reaches a great max height that keeps my legs at the proper angle. It’s both functional and comfortable for a full day of work."

Did not work
This chair is great except for the headrest. It comes out too far from the chair. The depth of the seat is comfortable for a short person: 5'2. I will be returning for the other chair that looks identical to this one which I sat in at the store. I bought the wrong one because the right one was in the wrong spot.

very uncomfortable
I used this for 2 weeks and my back hurt so bad I gave the chair to co worked and he didn't last 1 hour in. Would not recommend this chair to anyone

2nd one- some changes for the worse
I like my first one, and it lasted a bit more than three years. They improved the back locking mechanism- it seems (I've only had the new one for hours now). BUT- the back's most upright position is too far forward, and the seat feels like the front is too high and the back of the seat is too low. Crappy quality
Worked good for the first year or so, then the cylinder sank into the base so it isn't as tall and scratches the floor if moved.

Not the best for the price
Not that great. Don’t put the headrest on it forces you to lean forward. It also reclined for about 2 weeks then that stopped working.

DO NOT BUY THIS!!
My business partner had one and loved it so I bought one. I did not get the protection plan on the first one AND OF COURSE it failed in the first year and would not sit up straight anymore. I never lean back in the chair and it had 6" of play after about 7 months. I chalked it up to being a defective chair so I ordered another one and paid for the extended warranty thin...
