Doesn't give you the true amount printable pages
I bought the color laser jet pro M454dw on august 18th 2019. it came loaded with ink which i thought was fantastic. I purchased also HP HQ laser paper as well. Well to my surprise i had to print 1500 black and white pages and color pages. It only gave me 800 total for the black cartridge and the yellow is almost gone. Always dependable and long lasting
I always order the High Yield Toner because we end up using the cartridges for quite awhile and the ink is expensive but with the high yield, you get a bigger bang for your buck. Therefore if you can afford it, I encourage people to go with the high yield.

Color balance problem
Color balance of the images from the printer is poor. There is no way to control the amount of magenta and yellow toner which make man picture images look out of balance for black, cyan, magenta, and yellow.

Worth every penny
Excellent. While I did try the cheaper, generic cartridges (which caused increasing issues with strange colours and added ink smudges), they do not compare with the quality of the genuine HP cartridges. Clear, crisp, great colour, and no weird smudges.

HP Printer Problems
Constant problems with printer when toner runs out-especially the Cyan color.
Can't make copies. Have to work with HP. I've been without a printer for 2 weeks-Not very happy fixing the issue.
