Doesn't give you the true amount printable pages
I bought the color laser jet pro M454dw on august 18th 2019. it came loaded with ink which i thought was fantastic. I purchased also HP HQ laser paper as well. Well to my surprise i had to print 1500 black and white pages and color pages. It only gave me 800 total for the black cartridge and the yellow is almost gone. Overpriced Toner
I would not have bought the printer if I knew the toner was so expensive; Works well but its almost 1,000 dollars for a full toner replacement of High yield toner.

Price point
The cartridges work very well but the prices are ridiculously high. Nice for your shareholders but very off-putting for your customers.

Expensive toner cartridges for Laser Jet Pro MFPM479dw
Cartridges arrived in one day and installed without any problems. I’m not sure why they are so expensive but these HY cartridges will do a lot of printing. Staples did a great job getting them to me.

Streaks at the halfway point, not worth it
I am only about halfway through this cartridge and all of my pages are coming out streaked. I work with printers constantly and can not fix this issue. It is absolutely the fault of these cartridges. What a waste of money. I recommend sticking with regular cartridges vs these high yield.

No ink
We switched it out on Wednesday and it showed as empty on Tuesday. We had already returned the recycled one. We have a very small office and only need to order about once or twice a year. We have never had this problem before.

i have no issues with toner but issue when the toner ends up to cost way more than the printer. I paid over 900. On my first refil on a 500. Printer. Not a good deal.
