Doesn't give you the true amount printable pages
I bought the color laser jet pro M454dw on august 18th 2019. it came loaded with ink which i thought was fantastic. I purchased also HP HQ laser paper as well. Well to my surprise i had to print 1500 black and white pages and color pages. It only gave me 800 total for the black cartridge and the yellow is almost gone. Original HP toner, works as advertised
HP toner cartridge works as advertised, no problems with the printer reading the levels and works with the diagnostics via the printer app. Haven't made it all the way through the duty cycle, so cant compute the total # of pages it will do before indicating low toner.

Rapid response and easy install.
Everything worked like a Swiss watch until after installation my computer kept telling me that my ink level required replacement. It should know better!

Excellence, as expected
Easy to install, easy to maintain. Expensive to replace, but what isn't, these days? Not Staples' fault, it's HP that uses expensive ink/toner. But the printer is excellent, and as a graphic designer I need the best quality. Thanks for having what I need in stock, Staples.

DEFECTIVE TONER CARTRIDGES
WE REPLACED CARTRIDGES FOR FIRST TIME WITH NEW PRINTER AND THEY ONLY LASTED 2 WEEKS. THE ONES THAT CAME WITH PRINTER WERE ONLY HALF FULL TO GET US STARTED AND THOSE LASTED 6 WEEKS! AND WE STILL ARE USING OLD PRINTER FOR HALF OF THE OFFICE (7 IN OFFICE) AND NO PRINTING HAS NOT INCREASED.

High cost for small businesses
These toner cartridges are high cost and don’t receive many prints compared to Brothee printer. I will never buy an HP printer for my home office again.

Great and expensive!
Tried after market toner because of cost but went back to branded toner to eliminate risk of missing a deadline. Cost of toner is a ripoff.

Just what I needed!
The ease of ordering and the intuit design of the HP printer and supply processing is wonderful. I do not have to worry if I picked up the wrong thing or wait for supplies to be empty!! Happy HP user!!

Hard to find product found!

Needed even for gray scale printing
Was surprised that it was used for grey scale printing. The A toner went fast, X is too expensive for me. Switched to all black which I have the X size)
