Very comfortable and easy to assemble.

I was looking for the Hyken (too narrow and also too short 20 inch max seat height) or Dexley but this chair is much better made. It is extremely easy to assemble. Put in the wheels, inserts the gas cylinder, 3 screws for each armrest, 4 crews for the metal base, 3 screws for the back and 2 screws for the headrest. The b...

Bad quality (Squeak)
Purchase this chair online, 3 days later the chair is starting to squeaking in all directions. It is shame it is very comfortable, but squeaking is still a big problem from other reviews. Will return in-store.

Lift mechanism broke, warranty is a lie
The lift mechanism broke after just three years of basic home use, and the advertised warranty is 10 years but really if you look at the La-z-boy website it's actually one year for service and three years for the lift mechanism, and only one year for any upholstery products. A chair being sold for this price with this brand name should last at least five years.

It is impossible to describe how comfortable I find this chair. I have disc issues throughout my spine and i can sit in this chair for extended periods of time with no problem. i am so happy with my purchase.
