Poor service
Shipping is super slow they offer it for free but the quality is poor as the saying goes cheap is expensive.

Received the replacement Epson Ink Maintenance Box from Staples and it was easy to take the old one out and replace it with the new one.

Easy to replace and is working perfectly!
I would certainly suggest anyone seeking a great printer get an Epson. Easy replacement of ink maintenance Box. Ink quality is great quality printing easy adjustment for size and type of paper and easy printing from computer phone and IPADS. Love my Epson 15000

This fixes the printer issue I had
I used to clean the printer head every time I needed to print. After replacing this small box my printer's lifespan has significantly improved.

Our EPSON ET-3850 demanded it and we complied.
Had it shipped to store arrived there quickly but would be even nicer if they kept at least one in stock. Got us back up and going as expected.
