Necessary replacement was perfect
When my Epson 2760 gave a no printing error, and the code implied that a new ink waste cartridge was needed, I knew where to get one. And I was thankful and relieved to find staples.com had just what I needed for my model. They were reasonably priced with reasonable shipping prices and I was able to fix my printer after the part was replaced.

Never got it
FedEx tried delivering the package, I denied it, paper bag was torn open and no contents inside.

Unclear Instructions and No Fix
The instructions for replacement in the box and in the user manual are not clear. It is not even clear how to read the amount of the maintenance box volume is still available. Did not fix the problem
The printer literally told me to purchase this to fix NOT PRINTING and it still doesn’t work after replacing the part. Darts to Epson.

Printer works again!
A message came up on my printer that my maintenance box was getting full and would need to be replaced shortly. I ordered this right away and luckily Staples ships quickly as my printer stopped working the next day! Part was very easy to install and printer now back in business!

Staples to the Rescue
My Maintenance Box died completely on my Epson 4760 Printer. I had a light flash on my printer and had no idea of its importance until the part no longer allowed the printer to print. I ordered it on a Sunday evening and by Tuesday, my new part arrived! I was so happy. I installed the part myself and my printer is now working like a charm.

My advice is to read the messages on the the machine, and to promptly
order one, and have it on had. Delivry is a couple days, and critical if you
have something specetial to copy. ET Epson copies are the very best,
easy to operate, and the ecoomy can’t be beat with savings on ink. This
