Meh wears out quickly
The arm rests will tear. Even if you don't let them touch your desk just using them they will tear from underneath. The seat shows wear after just a few months of sitting. Very comfortable chair, but the quality of workmanship is suspect, over time. I would avoid unless you want to replace before 1 year of use.

SCAM!!!!
They sold a used chair. The wheels were dirty, the packaging was a mess, and the chair leg was broken. They also copied the Staples chair model name to sell it, but the manufacturer is a different company, not Staples. Do not buy this — it’s a scam.

Nice Chair - poor packaging
Received the chair today. It was fairly simple to put together and is very comfortable.
My only complaint is that it was packaged very poorly. I'm very disappointed that due to the poor packaging the left arm rest had a small cut in it. I'd expect for $400+ the chair would have been packaged well enough to avoid damage.

Not comfortable
I am 6’5”. This chair doesn’t fit me. My shoulders are resting on the frame of the back rest and the head rest is about 3” too low. Arm rest are extremely hard. My arms are sore after 30 mins. The tilt tension is weak. In fact I am returning it right now.

SOOOO comfortable...with only one minor flaw
Seat is like sitting on a cloud. Armests adjust beautifully. The backrest vertical adjustability is fantastic, but the backrest itself is hard plastic. Best chair I have ever sat in
This chair is by far the most comfortable chair I have ever sat in. I would never have picked a mesh chair for myself because I don’t like the look of them. It is the best chair I could have ever purchased. The arms are adjustable. The seat height is adjustable and the lumbar is adjustable. Best chair ever!! Highly recommend this chair!!

Terrible for lumbar support
I love MOST of the things about this chair. The adjustability it great, the seat, arms, and neck support are comfortable and it reclines the perfect amount. Doesn't last.
Bought this chair in Aug of 2021. The mesh backing has come out of the frame. I weigh 245, lumbar does adjust enough for me at 5 ft 11". Disappointing would not recommend.
