I had never changed a drum before and instructions were very clear. Printer is working like new.

Does not last!
These Brother cartridges do not last. I purchase all new cartridges on 4/9/18 and now had to reorder today, 4/24/18. It costs me more a month for cartridges than it cost for the printer! Ridiculous.

Only lasted few weeks. used to last almost 1 year
I record dates when replacing cartridges. Previously I was able to get almost a year of use out of this 3 pack set of Cyan/Magenta/Yellow toner. But now I barely got 6 weeks. They have reduced the quality of toner. I am extremely disappointed.

Received items the next day. Well packaged. Have not installed cartridges yet, so can’t comment on quality, but have never had problems with Brother products.

The quality of the toner is great. The price is terrible and the complexity of putting in a new toner cartridge is appalling.

toner doesn't work
The magenta toner is replaced, and within an hour the message comes up: magenta needed. Several conversations, chats, replacement, and it doesn't seem to matter! Frustrating

Excellent product and Delivery
I finally found this three-pack variety toner for my printer on line at Staples and delivery was free. I was concerned about the safety of delivery since I live in a large apartment complex but much to my surprise it was delivered directly to my door with a knock and the delivery man placed in my apartment! Color Laser Toner Cartridges
Large black ink was in stock and color pack was ordered online at the store. It shipped free and arrived a few days ago. I still have a 10% color toner left so only black has been replaced. Everything is working well. Thank you.
