Nothing but a headache
I decided to use Staples and Iron Mountain because my girlfriend raved about the price and how easy it was. I placed my order with Staples for a one time shred on May 1st. After about a week, I checked status and nothing had happened with my order. Great Experience
The entire process from start to finish was great. Bins arrived when scheduled, and were picked up promptly when we filled them. Customer service and the truck driver were both courteous and professional. Highly recommend.
