Toner exploded in the printer. I'll get my free replacement under the 2 year warranty but if it happens again I'm done with this toner!

Toner powder got everywhere
Worked fine at first but after a little while the toner started leaking. It made a big mess and caused streaking all over our prints. We had to replace the cartridge well before it was even close to empty.

Color leaks
With the first half dozen prints after putting in this toner there were blue blocks of color across the papers. A few printed fine after that but then it started printing color blocks across the paper again.

Do not order this remanufactured product. The printouts are very faded. Even though the printer shows that the toner is full the end results are awful. Pay the extra money and get genuine HP products.

Cyan Remanufactured Toner Cartridge WORKS!
I loaded it to my HP Laser Jet Enterprise M553 submitted a color document to print crossed my fingers and it worked! So glad that Staples offers low-cost options and I don't have to spend hundreds of dollars on "genuine" HP toner cartridges.
