Ink Cartridge Woudn't register
I just changed over my ink cartridge for my HP officejet pro 6970 and my printer wont register the cartridge. I have been using HP brand but thought that I would switch to save a little money. I will have to repurchase with the HP version.

Non HP Cartriges
Can't print with these STT0A39AN 4Pack on my HP printer 6958. Can't call IT serves because it is on a Saturday. Seams like this is a known issue and Staples releases a generic response.

Don’t work and are a waste of money.
HP printers will not accept these remanufactured ink cartridges. Because of this, I cannot recommend this purchase. I had to toss the ones I bought - it’s just a waste of money. Do not buy.

Staples remanufactured print cartridges
The ads do not indicate the re-manufactured print cartridges may not work with your HP printer due to firmware and updates. Considerable time was expended to attempt to get the product to work. A work around is available per the re-manufactured print cartridge company, they will send replacement cartridges in 7 to 10 days. A warning or alert would have been helpful.
