Leaked and wouldn't work
The black leaked all over me, my floor and my printer when I opened it. I cleaned it up, put it in my printer and my printer won't accept it.

Cartridges Aren't Chipped and Do Not Work in Chip Reading Printers
This would have been helpful information before I spent $100 in replacement ink for my HP Ink Jet printer. I won't make this mistake again.

HP ONLY works with HP cartridges
HP Printers only work with actual HP cartridges. We tried off-brand in the past but I hoped a Staples Brand remanufactured cartridge would work. My printer recognizes as not HP and will not accept it. Very dissappointed.

Doesn’t Work in HP Printers
I should have heeded the other reviews. When installed I got the following warning: “The indicated cartridges have been blocked by the printer firmware because they contain a non-HP chip. This printer is intended to work only with HP cartridges.”

Non HP Cartriges
Can't print with these STT0A39AN 4Pack on my HP printer 6958. Can't call IT serves because it is on a Saturday. Seams like this is a known issue and Staples releases a generic response. I would give a zero stars if I could.

Staples cartridge
It did not work in my printer. I had to return it back. I am not sure if I can still buy same cartridge and make it work in my printer It had some technical issues

Staples Remanufactured Ink cartridge
I just replaced empty HP cartridges with these Staples cartridges. The printer refuses to print without genuine HP cartirdges. What do I do?

The first cartridge I opened spilled ink all inside my printer. When I took it out of the printer it leaked on my floor hands and everything near. Do I want a replacement NO NO NO NO NO!

The indicated cartridges have been blocked by the printer firmware because they contain a non-HP chip. Don’t work and are a waste of money.
HP printers will not accept these remanufactured ink cartridges. Because of this I cannot recommend this purchase. I had to toss the ones I bought - it’s just a waste of money. Do not buy.

nice price lousy results
these remanufactured cartridges have a good price but the "firmware" in an HP printer won't allow you to use them. doesn't have an HP chip. anyone know a cure?? I've needed a good target for my 30-06.....

Finally called and they sent me a replacement set and guess what? THEY DON'T WORK EITHER! Does not work as stated in HP 6978 Printer
These 902 colored ink replacement cartridges do not work in my HP 6978 Printer because they do not contain an HP chip and they were rejected by my printer's firmware!
