Did not work
Bought 2 of the Tri-Color High Yield TRU RED cartridges and neither one of them worked in our printer.

Ok product
The product installed easily. but one cartridge skipped a lot. I contacted Staples and they remedied the problem.

Very poor quality and little quantity!
I thought I would be saving money by ordering this ink. I was definitely wrong. The ink cartridge colors were fainter than normal from the beginning and the cartridges only lasted about 1/3 as long as the name brand HP cartridges. Very disappointing!!!!

Terrible INK.
The 1st order ink was out of date. Complained, another order was received, This ink was even older.
