Excellent for home or small office use
I'm on my third shredder in 20+ years. This is the one I've been looking for! Not only is is quiet, it's efficient and chops up the paper into little bits. That not only is a security plus, it takes up less room in the bag so you can shred a lot more paper than the old single cut ones or cross-cut ones, both of which I've had.

Not What I Expected
Bought this shredder to replace my old workhorse shredder from Office Max that I've had for years (wore it out). This Fellowes shredder is poorly designed, overheats too quickly, creates three times the amount of dust as my old shredder. First time user!
I bought this in August 2021 and today is my first time using it. It is fast and quiet. The shredder bucket is not flimsy. I'm very pleased with it and I hope it lasts a long time.

Nice features
This is a very nice sweater and it has lots of nice features. I appreciate the fact that it tells you when it’s getting hot, it tells you when you get too much paper, etc. I also like the fact that it cuts into such small pieces. So far, realizing that we haven’t had it that long, I love it. .

Great shredder for home office
I use this shredder for my home office and it works great! It can handle a decent amount of pages at a time and shreds into tiny bits. It’s not very noisy either.

Works great
So far I really like it. Not as noisy as my other. Doesn’t last more than 20 minutes till it overheats, that’s my only complaint.

We love this shredder!
It’s quiet! Seriously. While it didn’t come with any kind of operating instructions, it’s very easy to use. If a small receip doesn’t go in correctly, the machine corrects it. I was impressed!

Great Build Quality
This commercial shredder has a build quality superior to their personal product line. It comes preassembled and feels like it is built well.
Noise level is low and it has a cooling fan that operates to keep the motor cool. Even with the fan running it is quiet.
The Jam Proof system and SafeSense Technology are great features to have.

This is like the Cadillac of paper shredders. It's overkill for home use but that's okay, it is built very well and will last a long time given that you oil it regularly.
