pretty good; room for improvement
fairly intuitive to use. i tried various numbers of pages to try and i'd say don't go much past about half the recommended maximum. it has odd stop/start moments but the lights help you understand what's happening (to a point). haven't had anything really get stuck - fingers crossed. the oiling thing is weird and difficult to find details about online or anywhere. als...

Clean & Quiet
This is a replacement for a loud, messy shredder. This one is much quieter, and there don't seem to be a messy dust spreading around the room. Have only had for 1week, however those 2 things mentioned above makes me love it!

QUIET, SMOOTH PAPER SHREDDER!
I was a little skeptical when I purchased this Fellowes LX220 paper shredder, but kept an open mind, and if it did not perform as advertised I would just return it. I was pleasantly surprised at how it shreds paper ever so quietly. It runs so smooth and has not jammed yet. I am glad I bought it to replace my old Staples micro shredder.

Fellows Shredder
I have had the LX220 shredder since November 2020 and it has not jammed or failed ever. It makes the papers into confetti where it cannot be put back together for reading.

Excellent Product, but came in USED!!!! Disappointing!!!
Design and Performance are truly excellent, but my shredder came in used. The cable packaging was already torn open and the machine itself was scratched on the side. Disappointing that the company sends used product.
