It's so quiet!
I've only purchased Fellowes Shredders over the years, they last a long time from 7-10 years, considering the amount of shredding I do, that's a very long time. This new shredder is just so quiet not like previous ones, but that's what a experienced company does, makes things better. If you buy a Fellowes Shredder you will not be disappointed.

Do not waste your money
This shredder does not even deserve 1 star. Do not buy. We have had it for 3 months and the auto feeder already doesn't work and the regular feeder jams constantly. Our older, cheaper one was a million times better than this one.

Nothing special
OK value, but don't look for speed. The 100 feeder does 1 page at a time. Also overheats after say a 1 1/2" binders worth of paper. Would pay more and look for something more substantial next time

A very dependable and powerful shredder
A great shredder. Chops the documents into small enough pieces that they are absolutely secure.

Great Shredder with quiet tough operation

Batch Shredding
This unit seems to be for batch shredding format. Single continuous shredding seems to have short cycle until unit shuts down for cooldown period. Work cycle seems short compared to previous Staple Model. Probably the design but is functioning normal with Batch Shredding.

AutoFeeder Feature Super Useful
So useful to have the autofeeder feature! not more standing around waiting for it to gobble and shred x number of pages at a time: just dump them in the autofeeder push the button and go onto next task

Not for heavy use
The first one we received over heated every time we put 50 or so pages in the auto feeder and needed about 30 minutes to cool down before we could use it again. We returned that one and got a replacement of the same model. This one keeps feeding too many pages into the auto feeder and jams.

This Shredder Stinks
This shredder is supposed to shred staples but it literally has NO STAPLES all over the machine. It jams badly and you can't feed more than 3 pages into it at once or it loses its mind. We had a Staples shredder for years that finally quit last week and that thing could handle pretty much everything. Junk magazines? The shredder ate it. Plastic? No problem. And this ...
