This cable lock worked.
This cable lock worked well with the wedge slot in my 17" Inspiron 3793. I didn't know that the slot was a "wedge slot" and originally bought another cable lock that didn't work with my computer and Dell refunded my money after I called to find out what the correct lock was and then purchased this one. The cable lock looks to be well made and of good quality.

Did not fit
This did not fit the wedge slot in my Aurora R11. I ended up sourcing one that came with 3 heads elsewhere. (Targum DEFCON 3 in 1. That one worked

A must have when out and about
Does the job, so unless someone has bolt cutters you are ok. Remember to lock your screen too! Scammers are not above trying to get into your computer while you run to the bathroom.

Didn't work with my monitor
Did not work. In the locked state, it just pulled out of the security slot on the monitor. It appears to small for use with my monitor.

Strong, keyless lock
The best part of this lock is a numbered lock. One less thing to worry about. Helped me a lot as I had to travel a lot for family reasons and avoided flights. It helped me securely lock my new Dell XPS laptop issued by my company. The cable is strong and the lock is easy to attach.

Great product!
The Kensington n17 combination cable lock is an absolute must have for anyone like myself ,that travels and spends time in hotel rooms, etc and needs to lock their device .the combination makes it easy without carrying a key and the long cable allows you to attach it to almost anything that's secure. It's a definite recommend for anybody that needs to secure their lapt...

Great little combo cable lock
Kensington is known for their laptop products and this one is well made. Being a combo lock, no need to keep track of the keys. Lightweight so it travels easily. Seems well made and would deter most thieves.

Very good for Dell laptops
The cable is the perfect fit and length for Dell laptops. The cable itself seems pretty secure and would not be easy to cut or break using normal means. The lock fits perfectly, and so far I have had no problems with the product at all. It is easy to use and unlock.

Safe and Secure
Being that devices are nowadays so expensive and hard to replace what better way to protect your things then with a lock, the combination lock helps keep secure your expensive electronic items without allowing anyone having access to it without the code. I feel secure knowing my items are secure and protected.

A bit hard to maneuver.
Concept it's great, love the idea of my laptop being safe, only issue is that the dial it's a bit small and can get a little hard at times to either lock or unlock. It has happened only couple of times, I guess the more I practice the easier it will get.

Awesome lock!
I have had many different locks that were either difficult to attach,.. didn’t seem to grip easily and the lock was janky. I highly recommend this lock!! This is a high quality lock that is easy to attach and the cable is perfect length! I highly recommend!

Easy to use!
This is a nice cable lock for my Dell laptop. Really easy to hook it up...just like a Plug. The 4 digit lock combination also make is easy to use it so no need to carry special key for it. The cable is pretty thin but very sturdy...definitely needs special hardware to cut it.
