Positive results
I've been using generic ink from an online supplier. I ran out of the generic and had no choice but to get the HP ink cartridges. I'm glad I did. The quality is much better!

High Yield Cartridges
Came in to purchase all High Yield Cartridges and the only ones in stock were the black and cyan. Ended up having to purchase the Low Yield Colored Cartridges. Will order on-line from now on.

HP 902XL Black Ink Cartridge
I thought my HP was not functioning. I input the new ink cartridge and it functions perfectly. Will purchase again from Staples. I had purchased elsewhere and not sure it was a true "HP" cartridge.

HP 902 Cyan/Magenta/Yellow Ink Cartridges 3/Pack
The assistants at the store had trouble locating the 3/Pack ink cartridges but was able to do so. It should have been on display on the wall where the ink cartridges are displayed. Also there should be some kind of discount for senior citizens as I am after all 70 years old.

Thanks to Staples employee for suggesting that we order through them online. Finally we have the right ink again!
After 4 trips to the store to get ink that was always sold out we are now in business again!

Good quality cartridges no complaints
HP ink cartridges are reliable & long-lasting and I always buy them from STAPLES not through HP's "ink plan" which I do not use for multiple reasons. Staples staff were very helpful when all 3 color cartridges were not available from the same store. There have been shortages of Cyan because of defect in previous load of cartridges but HP is working on it.

Unsatisfied
When ever I purchase a new cartridge at Staples the ink is always dry especially the color cartridges. They don't last long and the color is not true.

HP Ink Cartridges
