Defective Cartridge
The HP cyan cartridge was defective - HP acknowledged that it was defective and are mailing replacement. Very disappointed that Staples is selling HP defective cartridges.

Purchase of HP 902XL Cartridge
As always HP High Yield Cartridges are very satisfactory. Very pricey which I am not happy with. Will continue to buy UNLESS they continue to rise in price to UNAFFORDABLE -- that is becoming a possibility very quickly!!!!!!!

HP color ink
I was so happy to finally see it! My old HP printer died in the Spring and undergoing Cancer Treatment I couldn't afford another one. Some friends bought me another HP and I am loving it except for finding the color ink but I understand threre were a few glitches.

Not having great success with this ink this is the second purchase of this ink both of which have not performed as expected. Poor quality of both batches.

After my purchase I got home to install. The ink cartridge did not have any wrapping or the orange cover . The box had tape on one end. It appeared to be used. I called the manager who sold it to me and he resolved the issue as he exchanged it for another one. This was an inconvenience as I lost an hour of my day .

Cyan wouldn’t register
The cyan color kept rejecting my printer but the other colors worked.

Poor value
I strongly believe that HP regulates our ink output since they now log into our printer and track what we do. I spent far more than I ever have. And I'm buying a new printer which obviously will be another brand. It's too bad because my last printer scanner lasted eight years until I had a house fire. greed greed greed
