Had not been able to find any blue ink cartridges so was happy to find on Staples online site. The blue didn’t work at all. I found out that HP had recalled the cartridges a while back which is why I couldn’t find them. I don’t know why Staples would have or sell them. I’ll never purchase HP again. The printers never last. I went out and bought an Epson printer.

Not Great
I purchased two packages and the color cartridges in the first package did not work. The color cartridges in the second package worked. It was not a printer problem ( I completed all of the protocols and upgrades on the printer to try to correct the problem). Very disappointed in H/P's product.

Good stuff
I needed this HP printers ink nothing else will do. They came quickly from Staples in the mail and work perfectly.

poor cartridge performance
The last several cartridges I have purchased are not working. They are causing cyan streaks. I have two identical printers and they both have the same problem on cyan. I have tried multiple cyan cartridges and print head cleanings and alignments and nothing helps.

I was happy they had it in stock I wanted the XL but they did have the Standard Yield Ink Cartridges. I have had problems finding the three pack.

It was great to be to be able to but 902XL cartridges again. They were kind of hard to find for awhile.

I haven't been able to use it
As soon as I put it in the computer I got an error message that said there was a problem with the 'printheads' I haven't been able to fix this. I have no idea if it has anything to do with new cyan ink cartridge but I somehow doubt it. Any way after spending $20 plus at Staples for the ink cartridge I can't print anything. I was better off with the old cartridge in....

Cool
Smaller than my old one faster has more "copy options" like two sides to two sides etc. The ink is way more expensive though. Way more.
