Bad ink

I am sorry that the cartridges seemed to cause problems. I can understand if you are unhappy about that. However, the cartridges themselves, unless they are leaking badly or something, cannot hurt the printer.

Not worth it
I purchased these and now the printer is giving me a printer head problem and tells me that the ink low, how is that when I didn't even print not more than 5 pages.

Rip Off Product
Too Expensive....The Ink Levels Are Already Dropping On Four Small Pictures...I Would Not Recommend This Product To Anyone....Individual Ink Packs Are Better.

Wonderful. Consistent Ink
I go thru a lot of ink and I am so happy to have all the HP 902XL ink back in stock. I was tempted to try the cheaper knock off ink but after having a really bad experience with that in the past I really didn't want to go there. As long ad HP keeps making this ink I will keep buying it!

Good for back up
I used 902 XL and now the supply is low. I can't find it. The 902 original is good for back up. I need to buy more ink a lot more.

I purchased all colors magenta Blue yellow Only used 1xand printer saying low on ink Removed/reinserted Same issue

As it turns out I bought defective ink from Staples several months ago and now no many how many new color cartridges I purchase I still have no color printing capabilities with my printer and am now forced to buy a new printer-so I am very disatissfied with your services.

I purchased the incorrect black ink cartridge first. Staples took back the incorrect and exchanged it for the correct
The checkout clerk was very efficient in having the correct number cartridges brought to the checkout counter without any delay.

Hard to find!
I have been unable to find any HP 902 color ink cartridges so I tried the knock off ones - which did not work!! So glad I was able to order online at Staples. Products received sooner than promised. Thank you.
