Everything looked good but defective ink cartridge
Installed in my printer and did a printer/ink test and it failed. The test paper results were black and blue worked but red and yellow failed did a printer clean test and results were the same. Return for an exchange.

Defective cartridge
Staples would not take return had to go through HP which was a nightmare

Good ink but way too expensive!
Ink colors are great and seems to not clog the printer. The problem is that the HP printers just pump the ink even if printer is not used much. I got about 20 pages printed on $100+ of ink.

HP quality control needs a good update
Cartridges were totally faulty. They should be checked at the factory BEFORE being put in the box.

Pink color
The magenta prints well but it’s not always available and it’s very pricey. It’s not easy to find the Combo pack (all colors) anymore it’s the most expensive H P ink and the least available…WHY?

Just what I needed
Pricy little buggers. Will have to check out in consumer reports before I purchase my next printer and not let family print everything. No need for 18 cute piglets. Thanks for having stock.
