Defect
Has anyone experienced this? The clock seems to be defective and didn't work right out of the box. Nevertheless, I like the design and will try my luck one more time.

Clocks do not work
I originally ordered 2 clocks and neither one worked. I could hear the clock ticking, but the hands would not move. I contacted Union & Scale directly and they sent me 2 replacements, however they did not work either.

Clocks do not work
I ordered 2 clocks originally and neither worked. I hear the clock ticking, but the hands did not move. I contacted Union & Scale, and they replaced the 2 clocks, but those did not work either.

Ordered 3, none worked
I ordered 3 of these clocks and none keep time. They will tick when you put a battery in, but the hands do not move. I'd consider it a fluke if I only ordered one and it didn't work, but 0/3 is bad.

Stopped working after 5 minutes
I purchased this clock twice. Both stopped working after a few minutes. I thought it just a bad clock the first time, so I sent it back for another one. The second clock did the same thing. You can hear the ticking sound but the motor doesn't turn. It looks like the gear is hung up.

Looks ok, doesn’t keep time
Just like the title says. The box arrived undamaged and in perfect condition. I removed it from the box and installed a brand new Duracell battery and hung it on my wall in my office. By the end of the day, it had only moved about 20 minutes. I tried another battery and still had the same result.

Describes clock well.
This is a very nice clock for the price. We needed one after our other larger clock quit working but I didn't want to order anything expensive. So far so good, we love it.

Love the look
Love the look of the clock. A little larger than your average office size but not so much that it feels too big or bulky. The wood is beautiful and matched our decor perfectly. Also we had GREAT customer service - our first clock didn't work correctly but Staples replaced it with no hassle in less than 24 hours. Great experience overall and LOVE the clock;

Is made with quality materials. I tried several types of Velcro to attach it to the wall. It fell on wood floors
