Need better delivery packaging for wet weather
I do not expect any problems with the cartridge since Lexmark does a good packing. Staples should have put the Toner box in a plastic shipping envelope or box to protect it from the weather or open the porch door and left it inside. Instead, it was left out in the rain and got soak. The original toner box is used to ship back to Lexmark for their recycling program.
