Faulty microphone
When speaking through the headset the sound comes out garbled and full of static. Very poor quality microphone.

Small size
This product is very small compared to other headsets. When fully extended it does not fit comfortably around my ears.

Excellent Headphones
These noise canceling headphones are wonderful for my computer, HOWEVER, the reason I did not give it 5 stars is because it only connects via a USB port and not a tradition headphone/earbud plug. Furthermore, Staples does not sell an adapter to make that possible.

Best Computer Headset by Far
I have been looking for a Computer Headset that has large Headphones, because I have worked from home for 14 years now and comfort is very important to me. I have had trouble finding a Headset that would be very comfortable to wear for hours until now. I am telling you these are the most comfortable Headset I have bought! You won't regret them!

Works good
They work good. I use these for work, I take/make calls. The voices sound a little like in a tunnel. I can hear myself typing & the music that plays in the background, so not sure of the noise cancelling aspect of these headset. There is only a volume control on the cord, no mute or other options.
