The worst, don't buy, total scam company
Terrible service, I'm not sure what changed but it started dramatically slowing down my computer and deleting things it never should have deleted. I called to cancel and get a refund for the double billing and the remaining months of the subscription and kept being told that I don't qualify for a refund. Awful. Their web instructions to cancel renewal do not work. They will not let you delete your credit card information from "My Accounts". Requests for help go unanswered. Complained to FTC but they haven't responded either. Will go to CFPB next.

I have used Norton for Years
This was a super easy process to order online with Staples and then get it picked up at the curbside pick up. I do like Norton, although I'm not a big fan of them raising the prices for protection to over $100 for 10 devices. I think the automatic renewal should be less than $50 per year.

Don't buy this
After installing the entire program, my computer was unable to access ANY websites. The problem was ID'd as a firewall issue. I think it was caused by the Norton 360 VPN protection from complaints I see from other users.

waste of my time
I followed directions, but it would not accept my Product Key. Spent an hour on the phone with Norton tech, who was able to install one license. Subsequent tries to install on other devices were unsuccessful and used up all remaining licenses, but one.
