Convenient and Attractive
Functions well. We Like the hidden bottle with bottom feed. Hot is great for tea. Cold is equally convenient. We also purchased the water delivery service from Staples.

AWFUL
DO NOT waste your time or money on these coolers - this one started leaking after 10 minutes of coming out of the box. horrible. such a waste.

Water Cooler Dispenser bottom door bent-in
My water cooler dispenser box was beat up, someone had placed plastic straps on the box to hold the bottom of the box and the dispenser together; while shipping. That is how badly the box was beat up. The bottom door is dented in about 4 places.

Perfect Size
It was just the right size for our limited space office. Fits nicely between two cabinets. The staff loves they can have instant hot water for their soups and teas.
