good product
We have used Norton for many many years. It is effective and easy to use. It does require a credit card to authorize it. However once you get it up and running you can stop the auto renewal.

Terrible service
I don't go on internet daily but just once per week to check on my account and I got crashed that it does freeze up to go Internet that's terrible service.

Sorry must return. unable to activate it without a real credit card won't accept prepaid cards will not work for me

Soo much upselling
No trouble installing and I suppose it works but lots more popups telling me it's done x and do I want to do y. Y is an additional charge. Way more popups in general than the other product I was using. At this point I won't be renewing.

I feel good about Norton. It has allowed me to open emails and be able to receive emails with attachments that are safe. I have a of benefits to learn about Norton.

Still an Excellent Antivius Program
What a pain I needed to buy a box copy not a download since my Norton 360 doesn't run out for four months and I wanted the great Black Friday price. This was a challenge everyone was selling the immediate download configuration. Hope and pray this is not the future. Norton 360 is still the best out there.

Great Sale Price for Great Product

Norton 360 - Deluxe (5 devices)
I recently downgraded from the 10 Device Premium version. This was on sale at a significant savings. Norton added it to my subscription without too much difficulty.

Difficult
Difficult to install (product key) difficult to acess when installed seemed to force me to Microsoft. Uninstalled might go back to McAfee. Also not wild about the subscription model even though many seem to be going to it.

Terrible
VPN blocks regular internet access for most sites. Have to turn off VPN to access. product support not any help. Keep getting alerts from Norton to purchase other programs but they cannot get Norton 360 to work properly. Do not5 purchase!

Norton Anti virus
Been using Norton for several years now. Don't like that you have to give them a credit card # for auto renewal. Guess they figure most people will forget & pay their outrageous price. I make a calendar cancel in advance then go to the store & get it much cheaper. Have a few more weeks before I update my subscription.
