Buggy
After about a week of use, this camera started acting buggy. Sometimes the picture doesn't appear at all and is just a black screen. Sometimes the lag is so bad it looks my movements are dragging on the camera. For one of the most expensive webcams on the market, I expected better. After owning it for 3 weeks, I am not even using it because it has been so unreliable.

Great Camera
Beautiful camera - I wish that Logitech's capture software allowed using multiple/non-logitech cameras. Swapping the adjustable clip out for a tripod mount is very confusing and I had to watch a few youtube videos demonstrating how it comes out (you PULL it hard - DONT twist it)

Well worth it.
Very good product, even if it's a bit pricey. I'm very satisfied with what it's capable of doing. I get extremely clear video, and whatever you read: this model DOES have microphones. Two actually. Folks on the other end of my calls report that my audio and video are top notch.

I like the way it started up. Some of the features it alludes to are not intuitive to find for those of us who are not 21st century computer literate. I thought It delivered a great wide picture.

Great plug and play

Worth the money
Fast shipping, probably the best webcam on the market. Easy setup, got all the software up to date through the Logitech BRIO Support page and has worked flawlessly. Budget webcams are not so budget-friendly at the moment, so it is definitely worth the extra money.

Pricey but works with Ubuntu
Like most Logitech products this plays well with Ubuntu. Most features of the web-cam are available using GTK UVC including the highest resolution. Tilt and pan are missing but not essential. It's plug and play but the price is high so only 4 stars. Staples delivered at the speed of light for no extra charge.

It's "OK"...
Overall it is a good webcam. For the price, I expected better.
Pros:
Good picture quality.
Good controls over fine-tuning the picture, resolution, etc.
Good software from Logitech.
Cons:
Auto-Focus doesn't work so great. My image gets blurry during meetings and it is distracting. I ended up turning it off.

Expensive but performs
Great clarity in picture, ability to control the frame setting, has a tri pod mount (but super tricky to remove). Not the best documentation. I wish it were cheaper but the pandemic made me buy it!
