I found that a lot of stores do not carry staples over a quarter inch.
It was nice to see them available at staples during the holidays.

Tru Red High Capacity Staples
They don't work in my swing line stapler. The clerk said they would work in my staler, negative. Staples are shelved with the swingline staplers. I have been looking for long staples, at Staples for at least a year. Odd you call yourself Staples but you have been out of what I want for a year. I will try to return them if I can find the receipt, and feel like driving 80...

Still didn't fit
I thought Staples would carry the staples I needed. First trip, I didn't have the stapler with me. I needed heavy duty staples for very thick projects. Returned the first box of 5,000 staples (I only needed about 100), and asked a manager to help me find the right size staples. I had the stapler with me this time.
