Great headset
All audio is clear as a bell. Others on the golf game that my son plays say they can hear him and understand him much better than before. Easy to install and set up.

Easy to use, disappointing performance
Unfortunate performance. States 7.1 but sounds like a 3.1, even using the g hub software to test and adjust. Generally mushy sound, even using the g hub equalizer to nearly defeat the lower frequencies while maxing out the higher ones just to get some clarity of sound. Great overall but does not work using the USB A
While a great and comfortable headset it does not work with all platforms when using the USB A adapter. I do market research and use a variety of web-based platforms. It works well with MS Teams but in some of them I have to use the option of connecting via the 3.5mm jack which defeats the purpose of having a mic near your mouth since that is not activated.

Great Sound both Inbound and Outbound
Comfortable 50mm driver headphones with ample connection options both USB and traditional 3.5mm jacks. I was surprised to see that the microphone has the Blue technology that filters out unwanted noise for clear voice transmission. Overall I'm satisfied with their performance and comfort.

Great for online meetings.
I’m not a gamer, however I use this headset for online web meetings such as Zoom, Microsoft teams, Skype and so forth. I like the fact that I can change the sound settings with the G-Hub app for the Blue microphone. I got the wired headset unintentionally and was going to return it, but the sound quality from the wired version changed my mind and I love the sound.
