HP Upgrade, These Cartridges are No Longer Supported
As of the most recent upgrade for this printer, no third party cartridges are supported.

Really?
My shipment arrived today. When I opened the box I discovered it contained a used or previously returned cartridge. There was blue ink every where.
Customer service is arranging for an exchange but this never should have happened to begin with. This was my first experience with this product and will be my last.

Tru Red HP 202A Toner Cartridge: so far so good
I bought all the Tru Red cartridges for an HP printer. They have preformed well, are the correct fit for the printer. So far, they are proving to be a good value.

Not Compatible with Printer
Our printer requires HP 202A ink cartridges. We ordered the Cyan and Magenta, neither one was "accepted" by our printer. Staples is allowing us to return the cartridges, however it is very frustrating when your printer will not print without the Cyan ink and now I need to return and replace.
