i ordered from your store computer because HP toner was not in stock and tru red does not work in my HP. i went to return it to the store and the associates knew that only HP toner works in my HP. i had to run around a lot and it was all very upsetting.

Rendered useless by HP firmware
This item is no longer a replacement for HP 202A. The printer received a firmware update, and the printer indicates a "Supply problem."
