Great ink cartridge
I thought I would try this cartridge because the price was a lot cheaper than the brand name I always order. I was a little leary but they had a money back policy. I am completely satisfied with this product. It works great and is so much cheaper than the name brand. I will continue to buy it from now on.

Arrived defective
I ordered 4 TruRed Remanufactured Cartridges - 2 were defective (black and yellow) - 50% failure rate. Not worth the price savings when you have a rush job and no ink.

Remanufactured Product
So far, so good. HP may not like it, but the remanufactured products (I've used four different ones now) from Staples are working just fine. For the difference in price, it's worth it.

Good toner
This toner is sufficient and much cheaper than HP toner but I find that the print is quite a bit lighter than the HP toner cartridges.
